Two checks before anything goes out

This is where the real difference lies. A value copied wrongly goes to your customer with a signature under it.

The agent reads twice

The second reading is independent of the first and has only one job: to find mistakes in what the first one wrote out. That is where shifted table rows and invented values come to light — before they end up in the document.

And it tells you where it was unsure

Every reply contains a block headed “Please check before sending”. The agent compares its Word file against the original and reports every discrepancy instead of deciding it silently.

Quantity in the e-mail text reads “47.70 mt” – interpreted as 47.00 MT. The COA states 47,700 kg = 47.70 MT. NOTE: 47.70 MT may be what is meant – please verify.
